1. Support foreign companies and media organizations by liaising with embassies and consulates to help them address visa-related issues 2. Support the head of the Marketing team in translating and proofreading all materials related to the AMNC19 3. Understand foreign participants’ needs and provide effective services 4. Work closely with the registration team in Geneva and provide timely and accurate participant data to enhance participant experience 5. Support internal and external Forum platform users on using Forum digital products

The China Central Support team is dedicated in providing the Forum’s members with the highest quality promotional materials and the most complete communication resources. The team is responsible for compiling promotional materials, developing communication plans for annual meeting and regional meetings, providing content support for communication with the members, mailing letters, and delivering training and support on the use of Salesforce platform.
