1. Market research to collect information as needed;
2. Study and analyse market needs and collect competitor information;
3. Attend regular meeting or client meeting if necessary;
4. Assist Leasing team on paper work as needed;
5. Update and maintain client information database on regular basis.

1. Fresh graduate in real estate, property management or others related;
2. High proficiency in both written and spoken English;
3. Strong computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, basic financial modelling skills or experience would be a plus;
4. Smart and down to earth;
