This position is responsible for Order to Cash end to end process for JD NP customer, including order management and logistics coordination, and it's a contact window of Customer Service department.
1. Order entry and goods shipment reports making.

2. Logistics issues handling, including JD goods receiving delay, not reaching MOQ and delivery reservation with JD warehouse.

3. Daily order fulfillment analysis.

4. Customer daily inquiries, including stock checking, shipment status checking.
