Assist in planning and execution of the overall IR program, duties include equity research analysts tracking, organizing quarterly earnings announcements as well as other IR events, and fulfilling investor requests -Liaise with external constituents of the IR program including equity research analysts, investors, legal counsel, external vendors and others -Liaise with internal departments including CFO office, product teams, finance and accounting, PR, M&A and others -Research and track financial markets and industry developments -Provide limited assistance to executive management and the Board of Directors -Support IR team in shareholder and corporate affairs administration
