1. Team leader or individual contributor 2. The incumbents are expected to support the end-to-end process of development and implementation of risk forecasting models 3. Collaborate with risk analyst and model user to design the efficient and well controlled process of model implementation 4. Build a data warehouse for storing and preprocessing both internal and external data 5. Implement models into production as well as standardizing and optimizing development code 6. Run the model, generate report and analysis the output 7. Problem solver for technical & project issues from data, methodology, code and financial markets 8. Produce technical documents and present results to internal (senior management and business experts) and external (regulators) audience 9. Work closely with business units outside RA to ensure that quantitative models truly reflect SSC’s risk profile and business practices

1. Interests in risk management and modeling 2. Advanced degree in computer science or equivalent. Knowledge and experience in finance & economics are strongly recommended 3. Minimum 3+ years professional experience: IT Project management；
Strong written and verbal English communication skills；
SQL language；
a statistical programming language such as SAS, Matlab, Stata, or R；
Developing reports and queries for reports, data analytics, dashboards and other business intelligence usage；
Finance and/or accounting systems 4. Knowledge of a statistical programming language such as SAS, Matlab, Stata, or R 5. Knowledge of Basel and stress test regulations is preferable 6. Relevant industry experience in banking sector risk management is a plus
