1. Full-stack design. You will involve in the whole product development process doing UX research, UI design, and visual design. 2. Design Iteration. You will rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mock ups and clickable prototypes in order to make your ideas a reality. 3. Cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration. We work within cross-functional teams from different parts of the world to solve complex design problems. 4. Agile working mode. We start with the MVP and iterate. 5. Design research. You will have an opportunity to do design research with support from both technical and business team. 6. Creative and critical thinking.

1. Bachelor/ Master Degree in HCI, Design related field or equivalent practical experience. 2. 2+ yr. professional experience in app & web, product, interaction or information design. Experience working in fast-paced startups a plus. 3. A portfolio exhibiting visual and interaction design, and design research experience 4. Knowledge of basic design principles, and expert understanding of information architecture, workflows, concept development and interaction design. 5. Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions. 6. Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Axure and so on. 7. Familiar with HTML 5.0, CSS 3 a plus. 8. Collaborative spirit in a fast-growing design team. 9. Entrepreneurial interest and business sense.
